A Adidas recommend you measure your feet - if you are doing so at home - at the end of the day; due to feet swelling during the daytime. The Adidas technique for measuring your feet is simple (located at adidas.co.uk): place a sheet of white paper on the floor against a wall; then place your foot on the paper with your heel touching the wall; place a mark at the end of your big toe; finally measure the distance from the heel (at the end of the paper) to the mark placed at your big toe.
